Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Quizva platform solely for Licensee's personal or internal business purposes in accordance with the terms and conditions of this EULA.

• Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Quizva platform.
• Rent, lease, loan, or sublicense the Quizva platform to any third party.
• Use the Quizva platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Quizva platform.

Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Quizva platform, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant Licensee any rights to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, or any other rights in respect to the Quizva platform.

Licensor may provide updates, upgrades, or support for the Quizva platform at its discretion. Licensee acknowledges that the provision of support and updates is at Licensor's sole discretion and may be terminated at any time.

This EULA is effective until terminated by either party. Licensee may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling the Quizva platform and destroying all copies. Licensor may terminate this EULA immediately and without notice if Licensee breaches any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, Licensee shall cease using the Quizva platform and destroy all copies.

The Quizva platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. Licensor does not warrant that the functions contained in the Quizva platform will meet licensee's requirements or that the operation of the Quizva platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way relating to the use of or inability to use the Quizva platform, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or other intangible losses, even if licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between Licensee and Licensor regarding the Quizva platform and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.

By installing, accessing or using the Quizva Services, you consent to these information collection and usage terms, including (where applicable) the transfer of data into a country outside of Canada or Common Law Jurisdictions. Quizva respects your privacy rights and recognizes the importance of protecting any information collected about you. Quizva’s privacy policy as amended from time to time is available at "Privacy Policy" and applicable to this EULA. Quizva Privacy Policy defines how, why and to which extent Quizva collects and uses personal and non-personal information in relation to Quizva products and services. By installing, accessing or using the Quizva Services you explicitly agree with the terms and conditions of Quizva Privacy Policy and to any terms and conditions included therein by reference.
